Caboodle Style offers daytime and evening session slots on weekdays and, for a £30 premium, daytime session slots on Saturdays. To secure a convenient appointment time, booking at least three weeks in advance is recommended.

Should a Wardrobe Analysis and/or Personal Shopping session overrun due to circumstance or by request a fee of £75 will be charged for each additional hour.

Caboodle Style reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change an appointment at any time.


Caboodle Style covers all of Greater London and the Home Counties.

Colour Analysis and Style Analysis sessions as part of either an Essential Personal Styling or Essential Personal Style Makeover package typically held in Thames Ditton (Zone 6) on the South West London / Surrey border. Colour Analysis and Style Analysis sessions as part of either an Ultimate Personal Styling or Ultimate Personal Style Makeover package will be combined with a Wardrobe Analysis session in your home.


No travel costs will be charged for Personal Shopping in the West End, Westfield London, Westfield Stratford or Kingston-upon-Thames.

Travel in London by public transport to other shopping destinations or to your home will be charged to the client at cost.

Where required, travel by car is free within 5 miles of Thames Ditton. Travel beyond 5 miles is charged at 45p per mile; the first 5 miles each way is free. For multiple sessions held at one time travel costs may be reduced or waived. Please contact us for a quote.

All parking, toll or congestion charge expenses will be payable by the client.

An approximate travel cost will be agreed when you book your appointment. The total travel cost is to be paid in cash on the day, directly after your session.

If the estimated travel time from Thames Ditton is over 1 hour – based on Google Maps (car) or TfL Journey Planner (public transport) – a minimum session length or booking premium may apply. It may also be possible to shop outside the shopping areas mentioned above – please ask when enquiring.

N.B. Please contact us before purchasing gift vouchers which may require travel beyond 1 hour from Thames Ditton as they are non-refundable.

If you are purchasing a Gift Voucher that will incur travel costs and you wish to pay for these charges, please contact us  before buying online.

Your appointment slot will not be secured until you have received a booking confirmation email and your deposit payment has been received (see ‘Payments’ below).


Gift Voucher orders require full payment on purchase. For fast, secure payment you can buy vouchers online by credit or debit card, PayPal or by Electronic Bank Transfer. Cheques are also accepted.

Non-Gift Voucher appointment bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit. This can be paid by credit or debit card, PayPal, Electronic Bank Transfer or cheque. The remaining balance is to be paid one week before the session.

If paying by cheque, please allow ten working days for clearance.


If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please note that your booking deposit is non-refundable. At our discretion if considerable notice is given this may be waived. However, if less than one week’s notice is given, your total fee will be non-refundable and the session cannot be rescheduled. This is due to to it being difficult to fill slots at short notice.

Pre Profiling Forms

To help you focus on exactly what you want to achieve in your session and ultimately ensure you get the most out of your time with me, please complete your Pre Profiling form at least one week prior to your appointment. This can be completed online and is very easy to use.

Caboodle Style Satisfaction Guarantee

Please read the Satisfaction Guarantee page to understand how it works. If you are not satisfied after Caboodle Style has worked to rectify the situation refunds will be made up to the amount you paid for your session. Any such refund is a goodwill gesture. No other costs will be covered and a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee will not constitute or be construed as an admission of any wrongdoing or liability whatsoever by any person representing Caboodle Style.

Gift Vouchers

Caboodle Style paper gift vouchers are sent within 48 hours by First Class Royal Mail, normally delivered next day (Monday-Saturday). For last minute orders a digital gift voucher can be emailed, normally within 12 hours.

If your order is especially urgent please place your order by phone to ensure delivery on time. Whether you choose a paper gift voucher or digital gift voucher, you can request it be sent either to you or directly to the lucky recipient.

If you wish to pay by Electronic Bank Transfer or cheque please make an enquiry. Cheques need to be cleared before a Gift Voucher is sent.

All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Your Gift Voucher will not be valid until payment has been received.
