Terms and Conditions
Appointments
Caboodle Style offer daytime and evening session slots on weekdays and, for a £30 premium, daytime session slots on weekends. If you have a date in mind, you can check my availability online. To secure a convenient appointment time, booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended.
When booking my Wardrobe Styling and/or Personal Shopping service the required session duration will be agreed before. Should this appointment overrun due to circumstance or by request, an additional hourly rate of £60 will be charged.
Caboodle Style reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change an appointment at any time.
Locations
Caboodle Style, located in Surbiton on the South West London / Surrey border, covers all of Greater London and the Home Counties.
Colour Analysis 7 Style Analysis sessions are typically held in Surbiton (just 17 minutes from Waterloo by train). However, it may be possible to arrange an alternative location for an additional fee or if combining with other sessions – please contact me to discuss this option.
All other sessions or combinations of sessions may be held in any of the areas mentioned above.
Travel
Travel by car is free within 20 miles of Surbiton. Travel beyond 20 miles is charged at 70p per mile (covering mileage and time); the first 20 miles each way is free. For multiple sessions held at one time travel costs may be reduced or waived. Please contact me for a quote.
All parking, toll or congestion charge expenses will be payable by the client.
Travel in London by public transport will be charged to the client at cost.
An approximate travel cost will be agreed when you book your appointment. The total travel cost is to be paid in cash on the day, directly after your session.
If you are purchasing a Gift Voucher that will incur travel costs and you wish to pay for these charges, please contact me before buying online.
Bookings
The quickest and easiest way to make an appointment is to use my online booking system. Simply choose the services you’d like to book, check my availability and reserve a time slot convenient for you. Alternatively, you can call 07799 713814 or email me.
Your appointment slot will not be secured until you have received a booking confirmation email and your deposit payment has been received (see 'Payments' below).
Payments
Gift Voucher orders require full payment on purchase. For fast, secure payment you can buy vouchers online by credit or debit card via Google Checkout or by Electronic Bank Transfer. Cheques are also accepted.
Non Gift Voucher appointment bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit. This can be paid by credit or debit card via Google Checkout, Electronic Bank Transfer or cheque. The remaining balance can be paid either in cash on the day, directly after your session, or at least one day in advance by Electronic Bank Transfer.

If paying by cheque, please allow ten working days for clearance.
Cancellations
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Caboodle Style at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your 20% booking deposit will be forfeited. If more than 48 hours notice is given your booking deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment booking.
Pre Profiling Forms
To help you focus on exactly what you want to achieve in your session and ultimately ensure you get the most out of your time with me, please complete your Pre Profiling form at least one week prior to your appointment. This can be completed online and is very easy to use.
